La Bastide is a stunning family owned villa ideally located close to Grimaud and St Tropez. A recently refurbished property that perfectly blends traditional Provençal architecture with contemporary interiors. The main house is made up of two floors, with the living areas occupying the ground floor. There is a large living room with wooden beamed ceilings, a bright and airy kitchen and a spacious dining room with floor to ceiling windows flooding the room with light and opening to the terrace. An en suite double bedroom completes the ground floor.
Upstairs, there are four further bedrooms: the master double with bathroom en suite, two double bedrooms, which are also both en suite, and a triple bunk bedroom that is ideal for youngsters. An annexe houses a sixth double bedroom and en suite shower room. Each room is equipped with air conditioning.
Outside, there is a large terrace and pool house with kitchen, seating area and large dining area; all overlooking the heated 13m x 6m pool and surrounded by lawned gardens and far reaching views.
